Coaching with Steve
ADHD isn’t a flaw. It’s not a character issue. It’s not a lack of effort. It’s a different way of processing the world — one that comes with incredible strengths and real challenges.

I meet you where you are. Together, we explore where you want to go and how you can get there. You’ll have the opportunity to work with your brain instead of fighting against it.

This is a space where you don’t have to mask, over‑explain, or pretend you’re “fine.” You get to show up as you are.
What ADHD Actually Is
ADHD affects how you focus, plan, regulate emotions, initiate tasks, manage motivation, hold information in working memory, and follow through on things that matter.

It often looks like difficulty starting or finishing tasks, overwhelm when everything feels important, inconsistent focus or energy, trouble prioritizing, strong emotions, or feeling behind despite trying hard.

It also brings creativity, intuition, resilience, hyperfocus, big‑picture thinking, problem‑solving, and the ability to see connections others miss.

Coaching can help you access more of your strengths with less friction.
What My Coaching Is
My coaching is collaborative and non‑directive. I’m not here to diagnose or tell you what to do — I’m here to help you understand your patterns, build clarity around what you want, explore what’s getting in the way, create supports that fit your brain, reduce overwhelm, strengthen self‑trust, and move forward with structure and momentum.

This is a partnership. You bring your lived experience; I bring the coaching process. Together, we build what comes next.
What It’s Like To Work With Me
-
Discovery Call (20 minutes): A relaxed conversation where we get to know each other and explore whether coaching with me feels like your next step. You’re welcome to ask anything about what coaching is or isn’t so you can get a clear sense of the process.
-
Strategy & Planning Session (90 minutes): A longer, stand‑alone session where we explore your goals, challenges, strengths, and what you want to shift. It’s intentionally separate from the coaching packages so you can gain clarity before committing to ongoing work.
-
Choose Your Coaching Package: You select the length of support that feels right for you.
-
Coaching Sessions Begin: Regularly scheduled 50‑minute sessions focused on clarity, exploration, and practical next steps.
-
Wrap‑Up Session: The final session of your package allows time to reflect on what you’ve learned and how you might use it moving forward.
How To Begin Coaching
Step 1
Complimentary Discovery Call (20 minutes)
A relaxed, conversation where we get to know each other and explore whether coaching with me feels like the right next step. You’re welcome to ask anything about what coaching is or isn’t so you can make an informed, comfortable decision.
Step 3
Choose Your Coaching Package
After the Strategy & Planning Session, you choose the coaching package that feels right for the kind of support you want — 4, 10, or 20 sessions. Each package is a clear, defined container where we work together consistently at a pace that fits your life. Coaching sessions are 50 minutes and focus on clarity, exploration, and practical next steps.
