Who I Work With
ADHD life coaching is a collaborative, forward‑looking process that helps you understand how your brain works and build systems that fit your life. It’s not therapy or consulting. It’s a space to explore, experiment, and create change at a pace that feels right for you.
Therapy focuses on healing, diagnosis, and mental health treatment. Coaching focuses on clarity, structure, and practical change. Many people use both. If something comes up that belongs in therapy, we name it gently and make sure you have the right support.
No. You don’t need a diagnosis, and you don’t need ADHD. If you’re looking for clarity, structure, or support in building systems that fit your life, coaching can be a good fit.
That’s completely okay. Many clients start exactly there. The discovery call is a gentle place to talk it through and see whether coaching feels like a good fit.
