Third‑Party Services
The following services support coaching operations:

These services have their own privacy policies and security practices.
Confidentiality
Coaching conversations are confidential. Information is not shared without consent except in the following situations required by Ontario law:

clear and immediate risk of harm to self or others

suspected abuse of a minor or vulnerable person

records required by court order or legal authority
Client Rights Under PIPEDA
Clients may request:

Record Retention
Coaching records are retained in accordance with Ontario business requirements and ICF ethical guidelines.
